Pricing

How trade pricing resolves.

Prices are GST-exclusive and set per account. There is no public price list, because what you pay depends on the terms and volume agreed when the account is opened — the mechanics below are what those prices resolve against.

Trade terms

Terms are set per account.

What each tier unlocks depends on volume and history, and is agreed when the account is opened — not chosen from a menu.

To be plain about it: the tier names, what each one entitles you to and any figures are confirmed when the account is opened. Until the owner publishes them, the block above is a placeholder — the mechanics are real, the labels and numbers are not yet set.

Volume breaks

Breaks apply automatically.

A quantity break is a price step tied to how much of a line you order. It isn't negotiated per order: it sits in the fixed resolution order, applies as the quantity grows, and the best applicable price wins on its own.

Questions

Pricing, asked plainly.

No — quoted prices are GST-exclusive, with GST shown as its own line. That's the standard for B2B supply in Australia, and it means a quote drops into your own books without an unpacking step.

Standard terms run at 7, 14, 30 or 60 days depending on the account. New accounts normally start shorter and extend as a payment history builds.

The credit limit is set per account and enforced as a hard stop rather than a warning. It caps how far an account can run at any time, which is what keeps a bad week from becoming a bad quarter.

Because a trade price depends on your terms and your volume, not on the page you're reading. A single public number would be wrong for almost every account, so trade pricing is released to approved accounts instead.

Apply for a trade account. The price list comes back with the account, once your details are checked and the terms are agreed — there is no window-shopping tier.
