Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no heat-mapping script and no session replay. If a cookie ever appears here, it will be one that is strictly necessary for the page to work, and this page will say so.
Third-party requests
Pages here do not pull assets from third-party networks. Fonts are self-hosted from this domain, icons are drawn inline, and the stylesheet and scripts are our own files. The practical effect is that loading a page on this site does not tell a font or script network that you visited it.
IP addresses
We do not store raw IP addresses. Where we need to tell one visit from another — to notice a flood of identical form submissions, or to count visits at all — we store a salted, one-way SHA-256 digest computed from the IP address, your user agent and the date. It cannot be reversed into an address, and it changes every day, so it cannot follow anyone across a longer period.
What the forms collect
If you enquire or apply for a trade account, we receive what you type: your name, your business name, an email address or phone number, your ABN if you supply one, an indication of monthly volume, and your message. That is passed to the trade desk so someone can reply to you. It is stored in our own database, and it is not sold, rented or shared for marketing.
If you give us an email address, we will use it to answer your enquiry. We do not add enquiry addresses to a marketing list.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and trade applications are kept while the account relationship is active or being assessed, because they are the record of how an account was opened. You can ask us to delete an enquiry that did not lead anywhere and we will do it.
Requesting or removing your information
Write to orders@repeater.com.au and ask. We will confirm what we hold and remove it on request, unless we are required to keep it for tax or accounting purposes as a record of an actual transaction.
Changes to this page
If how the site handles data changes, this page changes with it. It describes the site as built, so there is nothing kept back for a future revision.
