Repeater supplies businesses, not the public. Orders are placed against an approved trade account, and opening an account requires an Australian Business Number. Prices published to an account are trade prices and are not for resale as a retail price list.
Pricing
All trade prices are quoted GST-exclusive, with GST shown as a separate line. This is standard for business-to-business supply in Australia and means a Repeater quote or invoice reconciles directly against your own accounts.
The price applied to a line resolves in a fixed order: a price negotiated for the account, then a quantity break for the volume on that line, then the account's assigned price list discount, then the cost-plus rule behind the product. The best applicable price applies automatically.
Payment terms
Standard terms are 7, 14, 30 or 60 days from invoice, set per account. New accounts normally begin on shorter terms and extend as a payment history is established. Each invoice shows its own due date.
Credit limits
Every account carries a credit limit, and it is enforced as a hard stop rather than a warning. An order that would take the account past its limit is held until the balance is brought down or the limit is reviewed. This protects the account as much as it protects us.
Dispatch, delivery and warranty
Dispatch times, delivery coverage, warranty length and the minimum order value are confirmed in writing when the account is opened. [owner to confirm]
Returns

Governing law
